Dallow Dietetics provides nutrition and dietetic services, including telehealth consultations, body composition education, and general nutrition information. All services are delivered by an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).
2. Use of This Website
You must be at least 16 years old to book or purchase services (clients under this age require a parent to book on their behalf).
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or attempt to compromise its security or functionality.
Any reliance on information provided on this website is at your own risk.
3. Services and Consultations
All consultations are provided by an accredited dietitian. However, the information provided does not replace medical advice from your doctor or other healthcare providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate health information before and during consultations.
Telehealth services require a stable internet connection. Dallow Dietetics is not responsible for technical disruptions outside our control.
4. Payments and Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via the booking page, or by emailing info@dallowdietetics.com.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show at your appointment, Dallow Dietetics will retain 100% of the consultation fee and you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Health Disclaimer
Nutrition advice provided is tailored to your individual needs based on the information you share.
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or treatments.
If you experience any adverse symptoms, you should seek medical attention immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and resources, is owned by Dallow Dietetics unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
